What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic SIM card, you scan a QR code and your phone downloads the mobile plan in seconds.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhone XS and newer models and most recent Android flagships (Samsung Galaxy S/Z series, Google Pixel and others) support eSIM. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Send us your exact model and we'll double-check for you.
When does my plan start?
Your plan's validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not on the day you pay or install it. So you can buy ahead of your trip.
How do I install it?
On iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Add eSIM › Use QR Code. On Android: Settings › Connections › SIM manager › Add eSIM › Scan QR code. Install it on Wi-Fi, ideally a day before your trip, and don't delete it afterwards. Most QR codes work only once.
Can I keep my Philippine SIM?
Yes. The travel eSIM is added as a second line, so your Philippine SIM can stay in your phone for calls, texts and OTPs.
How do I pay?
We accept GCash, Maya, MariBank and bank transfer to UnionBank or BPI. We'll send you our official payment QR code once you choose your plan.
Can I buy for a friend or family member?
Of course. We can send the eSIM QR code to you to forward, or directly to their email.
